Walk for LIFE Virginia

April 25, 2020 @ 8:30 am - 11:30 am UTC+0

Can one person make a difference? Yes! Support Crisis Pregnancy Center of Tidewater’s Walk for Life by raising funds to save lives – every dollar makes a difference for this vital local ministry. Pick up a fundraising form from the Walk for Life information table and register to raise funds at www.cpcfriends.org/walk to start helping save lives!

At our 2019 Annual Benefit Banquet held this past November 7th, Toby DeBause, President of CPC, made a bold statement: “It’s about to be open season on pre-born children here in the Commonwealth of Virginia.” Unfortunately, this bold statement has recently become a new and dangerous reality with the passage of two bills in the Virginia Senate and House of Delegates that will allow almost unfettered growth of the abortion industry in our Commonwealth – an industry that has recently experienced a 6% growth in abortions here in South Hampton Roads. The carnage that is about to be unleashed is both sickening and unimaginable.

Virginia Zoological Park in Norfolk. The walk will be held at the Virginia Zoo in Norfolk (click here for directions) on April 25th. Check-in is at 8:30 a.m. A fundraising walker’s first donation or pledge serves as their FREE ENTRANCE into the zoo. If you bring guests who are not fundraising walkers, they will receive a discounted rate of $10 per person at the door for the Virginia Zoological Park’s admission fee. Children ages 2 and under are free. *Annual zoo memberships do not cover admittance to the Walk for LIFE.
