The Walk+Run for Life began in 1988 as an annual event to celebrate the work of Life Centers and provide for it’s financial stability. The tradition continues each fall with runners and walkers collecting sponsorships from family and friends and participating in a 5K run or one mile walk to benefit life. All of the funds raised from this year’s Walk + Run for Life will go towards the opening of new full time centers in Boone and Hamilton County!
