You are invited to come pray with members of the community at the 36th Annual Good Friday Prayer Breakfast. This yearly event was designed to remind all of us of our need for the resurrecting power of Christ in our cities and our lives. Our theme this year may be a familiar verse, John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life."
Held at the Riverside Convention Center, this year we are excited to be joined by Dr. Alveda King; the niece of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. In addition to hearing an inspiring conversation with Dr. King, prayers from local pastors will be lifted up throughout the program as we seek to have Christ exalted in our community. And, of course, a tasty breakfast buffet as well as parking is included with the price of the ticket. We hope you can join us for an inspiring morning.
