Submit Events to the Calendar for Life. How to place events in the Calendar for Life (CFL). |

Your Word Processor - Type the text of event(s) with any word processor. |
Write out the event(s) using any word processing program. Include, 1. City and State (location of event) 2. Add a title for event, 3. Describe the event, (banquet, walk, fundraiser educational etc), C. Acknowledge event sponsors (Church, Pro Life Club, Pro Life organization, Individual, Crisis Pregnancy Center etc). Provide event sponsors names and web site address, (example www.cpc.org etc.). 4. Provide web site address for any event flier, (example www.cpc.org/banquet) 5. Include event location street address, 6. Event date and time. 7. Speaker name. 8. Contact person email address, and phone no. of someone who can provide more information.

Your Word Processor - Place copy of event(s) from word processor into an email program. |
Open an email program. Then using the word processing computer program highlight the text of the event(s). Copy this highlighted area of text and paste into an email program.

Your Word Processor - Put the right information into the Subject: and To: fields of the email program. |
In the email program type "Event for the Calendar for Life" into the (Subject:) field/line. Place calendarforlife@ureach.com in the (To:) field/line. "Send" the email. Or FAX the event(s) to 877-570-2450.

Use a CFL Pro-Life Event - Find a CFL Pro-Life event from pages of the Calendar for Life which you like. Use this as a template for your event. |
Highlight, and copy a CFL Pro-Life Event from www.calendarforlife.org pages and paste into your word processor or web page maker. Retype information to match the details of your event. Then highlight and copy this new event and paste into your email program. Follow email steps outlined above and send this event to calendarforlife@ureach.com.

Events can be submitted at anytime. There is no cut off date or time. Events can be submitted anytime, months ahead or even a day before the events dates. Event submittal is not time limited. Events are not limited by city state or country. Events can come from any place, any country, any state, any city. Events are not geographically limited.
Submit early, one month or two months in advance. Events submitted early by email or fax from a Pro-Life individual or organization will be placed on the front page. Pro-Life events submitted early receive thousands of hits and views. Submit your event early to get the most marketing for your event.
